Cannaster Supply LLC offers a 30 day return policy on all products,
excluding custom orders. If all products purchased are returned within
30 days of purchase date sealed and in the original packaging, you are
entitled to a full refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping
costs associated with a product return.
If 30 days have passed from the date of purchase, a 30%
restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all unused and unopened
Products that have been removed from their original packaging and
unsealed or are not in original state/condition are ineligible for a refund.
All custom orders are ineligible for refund.
If any part of your order is damaged upon receipt, Cannaster Supply
LLC will replace all broken or defective parts at no cost. Shipping
will be covered by Cannaster Supply LLC.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify
you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit
will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of
payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your accepted refund within 7 business days of,
Cannaster Supply LLC receiving the returned goods, please contact us
at email@example.com for assistance. Please be sure to provide your
order number and RMA number if applicable.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items may be refunded, items purchased on sale may
not be returned for a refund.
Please return your product to the warehouse address provided to you via
e-mail upon acceptance of your return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a
refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are liable and responsible for the safe return of merchandise.
Returned items must be shipped via a trackable shipping method
to ensure that we receive your return.
